A41 Group offers aircraft and engine maintenance management Services from shop selection to contract negotiations. We will source and negotiate the best aircraft and engine maintenance contract to suit your needs and present a full proposal for your evaluation and decision.

A41 Group will develop the most appropriate work-scope for your aircraft engine shop visit. Alternatively, we would be able to review and consult on the work-scope provided by the shop to ensure that you are getting the best value for money.

A41 Group evaluates all scrap replacement requirements and ensures that the material replacement costs of the shop visit are as economical as possible. We will source and supply high dollar items (via our partner companies) at lower costs than the engine shop. A41 Group also provides on-wing performance analysis and trouble-shooting. We will review and consult the final invoicing for the maintenance visit and ensure that all costs are in line with the negotiated maintenance agreement. We will assess and interpret the aircraft MPA run and engine test cell performance results. We are experienced with different engine trend monitoring programs in current use.

Finally, We provide a dedicated shop visit manager who will oversee the complete overhaul/repair process of your aircraft, powerplant, landing gear while at the shop.
